Chad's career path has led him into unique roles with exciting organizations working on cutting edge projects. Most notably, Chad spent 5 years at the NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas. While there he worked as a mechanical engineer in robotic test systems, advanced spacesuit development, and the astronaut office rapid prototyping lab. In the RPL, Chad earned his first patent with astronaut Dr. Lee Morin. After leaving JSC, Chad made the transition into automated manufacturing working first with start-ups and later moving to large scale manufacturing companies. After years of working for others, Chad made the entrepreneurial jump, and founded CTEC Consulting LLC.

With over 40 years as a front line technical developer and engineering team manager, Mike brings a world of experience to every project he is a part of. Mike's expertise is not limited to software development, as he has been the technical lead for the electrical development for numerous consumer products that have had multi-million unit deployments. From single unit prototypes, to multi-million unit production runs, Mike has seen it all.

Sadad joined CTEC after spending years working as a key player developing the guidance, navigation, and control software for NASA's Orion Deep Space Crew Capsule. While at NASA Sadad also created a supply-chain suite dedicated to efficiently tracking highly valuable space flight cargo coming and going from orbit on the International Space Station. Sadad has his Bachelor's in Computer Science, and his Master's in Software Engineering from the University of Houston. Sadad brings expertise from not only the aerospace industry, but also the oil and gas, commercial construction, and industrial printing industries.
